Course Description

Explores the fundamental principles and skills of coaching for health and wellness. Develops and applies the best theories and current practices. Specifically, how to use effective coaching techniques and strategies, such as interactive, inclusive and collaborative dialogues, to support clients in making positive lifestyle changes. Additionally, explores the business, legal and ethical aspects of coaching, as well as the practical application of coaching principles and assessments in real-world situations.
