Course Description
Explores stress management techniques providing support when dealing with challenging
situations associated with every-day stress. Analyzes the sources of stress, physiological
implications, prevention and various stress reducing techniques. Integrates meditation,
breathing, and guided visualization techniques, among other stress reduction modalities.
