Course Description

A holistic approach to understanding the structure and function of the human body, incorporating Western and Eastern perspectives of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology of the systems. Emphasis is on the fundamental understanding of clinical applications and related physiological indications and implications associated with various holistic/integrative therapies. Understanding the importance of science as well as other respective traditional medical philosophies enables better communication among multi-disciplined practitioners.
