An integrative perspective on the causes and effects of disease and the disease process. Focus on physiological mechanisms and disease states associated with diseases and disorders specific to the systems. Also addresses the associated system specific medical terms. Cultivates greater understanding, dialogue and collaboration between clients/patients and all health care and wellness professionals.
