Course Description
Designed to explore the use of herbs to maintain health and well-being. Topics include
the history, categories, selection process, preparation methods, indications/contraindications
with everyday use of herbs. Students will not diagnose or prescribe herbs. The knowledge
gained can be use in conjunction with, not in lieu of, one's health care provider.
