Explores the connection between our health and eating from various cultural perspectives and provides more informed choices on a sustainable approach to health and healing. Demystifies and compares global medicinal practices of food used for healing. Investigates the dynamic relationships between the food we eat, our consciousness and attitudes, the environment in which we live, and our health.
