Kinesiology – Fitness (FITN) Courses

Course Description

Designed to educate students in Hatha Yoga at a beginning level. A fitness course using yoga postures to increase flexibility, strength and endurance; improve balance, posture and breathing; teach relaxation techniques. This course is appropriate for all ages and abilities. For students who are taking the course to meet a requirement for the ADT in Kinesiology, be advised that the Movement Based Courses requirement requires the course be 1.0 unit.
