Course Description
An intermediate level fitness course utilizing technology to verify performance via
self-reported cardiovascular exercise, assignments, testing and discussion. Students
will improve fitness through the use of cardiovascular exercise. Students are required
to have an instructor-approved tracking application installed on a GPS-enabled device.
