Course Description
Introduces positive psychology, the scientific study of human strengths, well-being
and happiness: Surveys the research, theories. Includes ideas about human health and
happiness. Includes practice in applying positive psychology principles. Considers
such topics as happiness, hope, and wellness promotion.
