Course Description
Explores the role that regular exercise, healthy eating habits, and stress management
play in the maintenance of health-related fitness and wellness over the lifespan.
Teaches students to understand the need and assume the responsibility for maintaining
a healthful lifestyle. NOTE: This course is not activity-based and is not applicable
to the specific area requirement in Physical Education for the Associate Degree.
