A workshop to formulate, improve, and enhance client interactions and services to ensure professional and successful customer experiences. Designed as an elective offering for current students of the Esthetics program at Skyline College to gain California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology minimum practical operations hours. Students will obtain hours by offering client services in The Spa at Skyline.
