Course Description
Theoretical study and practice in small group dynamics, including group formation,
roles, and interactions, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, leadership, conflict
management, and motivational dynamics. Students will work in groups and teams on various
projects. Emphasizes critical thinking, persuasion, and presentation skills for successful
group communication in diverse contexts.
