Course Description

Introduction to the theory and practice of various manual therapy techniques used in sports medicine, including sports, trigger point, neuromuscular therapy, and facilitated stretching among others. Emphasis is on critical assessment skills for common conditions/injuries and evaluation to determine the treatment strategy/session planning for implementing manual therapy and massage techniques.
