Course Description

Introduction to the theory and practice of various manual therapy techniques used in sports medicine, including sports massage, trigger point, neuromuscular therapy, and facilitated stretching among others. Emphasis is on critical assessment skills for common conditions/injuries and evaluation to determine the treatment strategy for implementing manual therapy, physical medicine modalities and rehabilitation.
