Course Description

This course is designed for students who want to develop advanced critical thinking skills in the writing of a Pilipino Cultural Night (PCN) and will primarily focus on developing the management roles of the production. Students will research other PCNs, read and evaluate cultural literary texts related to the theme for content and composition, and work collaboratively to write a script to celebrate the Filipino and Filipino American experience. In addition, these students will be meeting outside of class time to develop and advance their leadership skills in preparation for the upcoming Pilipino Cultural Night performances.
