Course Description

Filipino 111 is the first course in a basic two-course sequence for native and non-native students. The course covers approximately the same material studied in the first half of Filipino 110. Students will acquire a basic ability to speak, read and write in Filipino at the elementary level and will learn about the customs, culture and history of the Filipino world.
