Course Description
Provides a foundation to conduct commercial and residential energy audits to identify
applicable energy upgrades and building performance measures. Topics include fundamental
building science and construction management concepts, best practices for auditing
and data analysis, BPI standards and the Title 24 energy code. The class prepares
students for applicable Building Performance Institute certification exams.
