Course Description

Course provides a comparative study of Asian management systems such as organizational structures, competitive strategies and cultural influences within Asia and the western world. Students will learn the influence of confucianism, strategic thinking and traditions on Asian management systems and practical guidelines to work with Asian counterparts for successful business ventures.
